INTENDED USE
This handy aid enables the leg to be lifted on or off a wheelchair or bed by pulling
the handle loop. It has a wired frame inside to keep the lifter straight.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Using the Leg Lifter requires a certain amount of balance, strength and dexterity in
the upper body.
• Extend your arm to place the stiffened loop over your foot.
• Pull to remove the slack and take the weight of your foot in the loop, whilst
holding the looped handle firmly.
• Continue to use the looped handle to reposition or lift your leg.
• Move the stiffened loop forward to remove it from your foot when you
have positioned your leg as required.
