Description

The Vibratime is a vibrating wristband style digital watch with a modern, vibrant design especially for children. With 16 built-in individually programmable alarms, this watch is a great way to set reminders to help kids remember to do something during the day. Ideal for toileting, medication reminders, reminders to eat and drink etc.

The vibration strength is nice and strong and the audible alarm 'beep' is good.

At the alarm time, the watch can be set to discreetly vibrate or beep, and the alarm time is displayed with a fun, colourful display. Alerts continue for 1 minute but can be cancelled earlier by simply pressing the button. Note, the alarm is a vibration/sound only, it will not show a message stating what the reminder has been set for.

The Vibratime Junior has a rechargeable battery, which can be charged easily through a USB connection (micro USB charging lead is included). The watch will be recharged within 1 hour. The battery will drain faster if the vibrating alarm is used intensively & the LED display is used frequently. The manufacturer recommends the watch is re-charged weekly, when the battery level reaches around 30%, to ensure no settings are lost.

The Vibratime Junior is splashproof but not waterproof: Do not wear in the bath/shower, or when swimming.

Our evaluation panel love the bright rainbow colours on the display on this watch and it's a good size. Setting up this watch is a little tricky as it only has one button - something to be done by an adult rather than the child themselves. Taking the watch face out for USB charging is quick and easy. The vibration strength is good however we wouldn't particularly recommend using it with the audible alert - its very quiet.
