Details
Some mobile phone are using a new version of the message platform called Rich Communication Services (RCS), this doesn’t work with the Vibio. All that is required is for an adjustment in setting to turn this function off, the phone will revert back to the SMS message platform.
Example:
Turn RCS chats on or off
On your device, open Messages .
At the top right, tap your profile picture or icon. Messages settings.
Tap RCS chats.
Turn RCS chats on or off.
Please note, the Bellman Vibio will only alert to SMS text messages; not other messaging services such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Signal etc
