Ultrasonic Cleaning Baths
Ultrasonic cleaning is widely used across many industries, both in manufacturing and servicing. As the use of solvents has become increasingly restricted for environmental reasons, ultrasonic cleaning with aqueous cleaning fluids offers a safe and effective alternative.

How does it work?
Very simply, ultrasonic frequencies create a multitude of microscopic bubbles, known as cavitation bubbles. As these bubbles implode, they create tiny forces that help dislodge dirt and debris, including from areas that can be difficult to reach with ordinary cleaning methods.
This is a considerable simplification of a complex process, but the important thing is that it works. For anyone who has to clean more than a few earmoulds, an ultrasonic cleaner can be a real time-saver. They are also useful for quickly and efficiently cleaning other small parts such as tubes, earmould adaptors and stetoclips.
