Premium Chargers are the ultimate accessory for your Danalogic hearing aids, making charging easier than ever while keeping your devices safe at the same time.

The chargers can be either mains or USB cable charged and cannot be overcharged; they may however may become warm during charging.

Inside the charger there are slots for each hearing aid. Once the charger has been plugged in and the hearing aids have been inserted, a light will indicate that the charging has commenced. Once charging is complete, the lights on the hearing aids will remain solid.

Having the correct ReSound Danalogic charger. In spite of what is said on some websites, there is not one charger which charges all Danalogic Hearing Aids.

Although all the premium chargers have the same main body, there are variants for different ranges of Danalogic hearing aids which have different inserts – known as the charging form factor (CFF) – which relate to a specific ReSound hearing aid collection or style. 
The CFF is indicated with a number and is shown inside the charger and on the charger packaging.

Battery indication. You usually need to charge your hearing aids for around three hours even if the battery lights indicate that the hearing aids are fully charged. You can charge your rechargeable hearing aids in your charger overnight as you sleep. However, remember to check the product guide of your hearing aids and charger for full, specific instructions.

Here’s a general rule of thumb for charging hearing aids:
Red light blinking = less than 10% power remaining
1 green light = >30% charged
2 green lights = >60% charged
3 green lights = >100% charged

Regular cleaning and care for your charger

• Wipe over the outside surface of your hearing aid charger with a dry, clean cloth
• Don’t use liquid cleaners
• Cotton buds are handy for cleaning the small, inner charging bays
• Do this regularly to keep your hearing aid charger in good condition
• Grease marks and dust can easily build up during daily wear and tear
• Remember to store your charger away from excessive heat – this can include direct sunlight on a very hot day.
