A wired connection between your external audio source and your IR Swift or IR Swift+ system is technically the preferred option.
Usually with an IR Swift the audio source (Laptop, TV, MP3 player etc. ) will be at the front of the classroom with the teacher, whilst the IR Swift is sited at the back. We offer three wiring connection packs all with an in-line isolating transformer.
These packs are pre-wired whereas a pack C is available (see Associated Items on right) which requires a soldering iron and somebody to use it!
We offer two packs with a different lead length ‒ remember to allow for following a safe wiring route. The inline isolator is included to eliminate the risk of hum.
Includes in-line isolating, transformer, phono leads and adaptors & user information sheet. Provides connections to computer headphone socket and TV
SCART socket.
NB: If you need to cover a distance greater than 25m (82 feet) please contact Customer Services because it might be that the IR Swift is not the most suitable soundfield system for your classroom.
