The inductive silhouette earhooks are for use with post aural hearing aids.They are worn by simply placing them over the ear beside the aid. The earhook part provides an inductive output for use with the hearing aid T input; because there is one for each ear a stereo signal can be heard by the hearing aid user.

As a guide the Music-Link listener will work anywhere that personal stereo-style headphones do.

Due to popular demand, the Music-Link stereo inductive silhouette ear hooks are now available in white - ideal for those with white iPods! 

iPhones note:

All iPhones have a 3.5mm jack plug designed to function with standard headphones and the MusicLink. To use the MusicLink during phone conversations keep the MusicLink in place and use the phone by holding it about 200mm in front of your mouth. If you hear any buzzing just position the phone until it stops.

The earhook itself is approx. 45mm in height.
The top section of the earhook is flat and approx. 1.5mm x 2.5mm.

This device is excellent for uninterupted listening to stereo devices such as MP3 players, although I would not recommend using it when walking etc, because you cannot hear anything going on around you. I work in a call centre and use a pickup that clips onto the headset cable and goes to a dictaphone which is used to amplify the signal. I use a mono-stereo adaptor for the Music-Link earhooks and this really works well.One thing that is particularly good is that I have to turn the volume right down on the devices I listen to because, where the earhooks are against the hearing aids, the volume is drastically increased. This enables me (with a 70% hearing loss) to do my job in the call centre even though I cannot hear the headset at all.A fantastic piece of equipment that I would highly recommend for using in situations where it is safe to use. It does stop you hearing anything going on around you so you do need to be sensible using these earhooks.Brilliant equipment.

Significant improvement over the neckloop I previously used. Little bit of practice/experimentation required to position the hooks, but enjoy using them very much.

Great product - my daughter hates wearing loops and these are perfect. Have to agree with other reviewer - manufacturing quality is poor - just about to order her 3rd set. Just needs a better quality cable. Anyone listening?

These earphone are great and work well with both my OTE and ITE hearing aids. Sound is clear and they are comfortable to wear for long periods. The hooks do catch on just about everything but more importantly they stay securely on you ears.

I wear it with my cochlear implant processors when I listen with my TV Listener and CD player. It works really well as I can put it on either ear or on both ears. Also with the lead it isn't trailing everywhere and it is light to wear on the ears.

A fantastic product with no comparison (as far as I am aware). The only dissapointment is that they they don't fair well under heavy useage. I have been through 3 pairs in 2 years.
