For hearing aid usersHearing aids are set up to suit an individual hearing loss, however they usually struggle with distant sound from TVs hi-fi etc. Using a neck loop with the hearing aid(s) on the 'T' setting is an effective solution. All these systems offer excellent field strength and good mono sound quality.
Follow this link to find out how a hearing aid 'T' pickup works?
The
InfraLight uses infra red transmission and has an integral neck loop.
This is the least expensive neck loop system and has the advantage of a longer battery life than the RadioLight. Battery life per charge approx 6 hours depending upon volume.
The
RadioLight is similar to the InfraLight II but uses UHF fm radio transmission and has an integral neck loop.
In the view of our panel, this system offers the best value for hearing aid users without sacrificing quality. Battery life per charge approx 3 hours depending upon volume.
Both systems have a 16 hour recharging time. |
