Delivery timescale & parcel tracking

We are aiming to be 'the best in the business' with prompt delivery to match our superb technical customer support. Our policy is to hold in stock all items on this website and whilst, due to varying demand, we do not reach 100% availability we do achieve in the very, very high 90's - if we are aware that there will be a delay of more than one week, products are marked as 'Out of stock'.

Orders for items in stock, received before 13.00 hours on a working day, will be despatched for UK delivery normally to arrive on the next working day.

Orders received after 13.00 hours will be despatched the following working day.

Please note that our working days are UK office hours Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.  

As parcels need to be signed for, please ensure you use a delivery address where there will be somebody to receive the parcel - perhaps a work address?

Please note that we are unable to accept requests to 'deliver to a different address if not in.'

When we ship your parcel we will send you an email which will include tracking information for parcels, you will also be emailed details of any delay or part shipments.

Non UK deliveries vary from country to country, ranging from 1 to 5 working days.
