Roger radio aid receivers

In the past, two versions of Roger receivers existed, type 02 for education or group use and type 03 for independent student or adult use. ( more information on type 02 and type 03 receivers here). From November 1st 2024 all new receivers will be the 02 type.

A Roger receiver only works with Roger transmitters. Roger receivers do not lose their network association when power is lost, eg when changing a hearing aid battery.

Since 2025, all of Phonak's current range of hearing aids are compatible with Roger Direct. This means that separate receivers are no longer needed for Phonak hearing aids - you can install unlimited Roger receivers into your hearing aids free from any Roger 3 Unlimited transmitter eg. Roger On 3 or Roger Touchscreen Mic 3. If you are unsure if this feature is on your hearing aids, please visit our www.MyHearingAid.co.uk website and look up your exact model of aid.
