Following discussions and requests from our customers, Connevans is delighted to have produced an exclusive Audiogram Notepad. Designed for education and audiology professionals, this pad is perfect for a Teacher of the Deaf or Educational Audiologist illustrating a child's hearing loss and leaving the results with parents. The Notepad is A5 size and has 50 sheets of single-sided audiogram paper.

Each sheet has space for two audiogram charts and accompanying notes. These could be used to show progression over time, or to show results aided/unaided or with/without a radio aid - we've tried to make it as flexible as possible. Both charts have a speech banana underprinted and there is also space to add your own test/symbols to the key.

Note: this notepad is supplied singly, without pens
