The phone is certainly very loud, but the "tone control" - which is what I mainly bought it for - is rubbish because it only works when the extra amplification is active - ie when the volume is HORRIBLY loud. Connevans comment: It usual for the tone controls to work this way but we have passed your comments onto Doro.
