Neptune Connect

The Connect module has controls for program, volume and sensitivity for the AB Neptune speech processor. It also has a 3.5mm headphone socket to allow a parent/carer or teacher to listen to the microphone. The Connect controls can be removed, allowing the Neptune to be used under water and to prevent children from tampering with them.

A Connect module is universal and can be used to adjust the settings on any Neptune speech processor - ideal for teachers.

The Connect also features a standard 3-pin europlug socket for use with radio aids (eg. Phonak Roger X can be plugged in directly) and direct input leads (with an fmGenie or just for listening to music etc).

Please note, the Connect is tight-fitting and will need a firm push but it is not watertight. 

Roger X (Type 02) receivers are now compatible with Neptune processors. The Roger X must be set to CI Module 4 and EasyGain + 8.  Also, the Roger X receiver must have a serial number starting 1416 or later and be running firmware version 1.7 or later.
