The iView status viewer provides perfect support for parents, caregivers and teachers. For their reassurance, a simple push of a button gives instant information about battery status, program setting and volume level for nearby Phonak hearing aids.

iView can monitor both monaurally and binaurally fitted Phonak Core hearing instruments (currently Exélia Art, Exélia, Versáta, Certéna, Naída, Audéo YES & Nios micro). The status read out range is up to 50cm (20").

In a school environment iView can be used to monitor the status of numerous students' hearing systems.

The iView can display the following information on screen: (see Details tab for diagram)

  • Status of Right hearing aid
  • Status of left hearing aid
  • iView battery status
  • Hearing instrument program
  • Hearing instrument volume change in dB relative to start-up level
  • Hearing instrument battery status
  • Hearing instrument serial number
