Comment: supplied with a small 3 legged contact plate which may need to be fitted to the hearing aid please refer to instructions supplied with the shoe.Phonak shoes for use with MLx receivers have an additional battery contact pin in the base which is quite delicate. There should be a matching slot in the hearing aid battery drawer - a broken battery contact pin is a common cause of an MLx/MLxS failure.
